Meet Zac Jorgenson

In everything he does Zac believes in giving 100%. Whether it be school, mowing, or any other task you put in front of him, Zac always makes sure to show up on time and to do good work. Reliable and trustworthy, Zac believes in giving the task in front of him everything he has and always doing his best. 

It’s no surprise Zac was the valedictorian at his junior high school in 2018 with the best grade in math, science, english and social studies that year. Zac is a top performing student, maintaining a perfect 5.0 GPA throughout his high school career as well as being recognized for High Honors as both a Freshman and Sophomore. In 2020 Zac had the honor of being accepted to the Jackson County CEO program, a part of the Midland Institute for Entrepreneurship where he will put his skills to the test pushing both his comfort zone and his critical thinking skills. 

Zac was even selected as a page for Terri Bryant during the 2016 State of the State address in Springfield. But don’t let the tie fool you, over the past five years Zac has spent much of his free time working with his hands. From mowing and dragging limbs to yard work and other manual labor, Zac has proven that he doesn’t shy away from hard work and that he’s not afraid to get his hands dirty.  

Whatever the future may hold for Zac he will be ready to give it his all.

Here's what Zac has to say about his business: "ZJ Woodworks is a business that takes the simple idea of a wooden coaster and makes it creative and interesting. Our coasters are made from scratch and all of them have a unique aesthetic to please your creative desires. They are $20 for a set of 4 coasters, with 2 different types of wood stains in stock."
