Nicole Allen is an Account Manager at Arthur Agency and a proud third-generation Saluki. She holds both a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and a Master of Business Administration from Southern Illinois University Carbondale. She greatly appreciates all that Jackson County and its surrounding communities have to offer and enjoys connecting people, ideas, and businesses throughout Southern Illinois.

Nicole’s history with the CEO program began in 2017 as a student in Lawrence County CEO. Since then, she has remained actively involved with the program, serving as a guest speaker, mentor, co-facilitator, board member, and now facilitator of Jackson CEO. She is passionate about helping young entrepreneurs build confidence, develop meaningful relationships, and discover the opportunities available within their own communities.

In addition to her work with Jackson CEO, Nicole serves on the Southern Illinois University Alumni Association’s Young Alumni Committee. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, baking, collecting records, and exploring Southern Illinois with her husband.
