What does it take to step into a leadership role at just 20 years old? Our Jackson CEO students got to hear firsthand during their recent visit to the Jackson County Farm Bureau!
Manager Jayclynn Presutti shared her journey from developing an interest in agriculture in high school to taking on the responsibilities of leading the organization at a young age. She spoke candidly about the challenges of managing day-to-day operations, working with a board of directors, and navigating difficult conversations.
Students also learned about the changing agricultural industry, the Farm Bureau's role in the community, and efforts to bring more agricultural education opportunities to local schools.
Thank you to Jayclynn for an insightful visit and for encouraging our students to step outside their comfort zones, embrace challenges, and pursue opportunities for growth!
