Yesterday, our Jackson CEO Trade Show was set. Booths were prepped, ideas were polished, and the energy in the room was undeniable. But after hours of preparation and setup, we had to make the tough call to reschedule due to potential weather.

Disappointed? Absolutely.
Defeated? Not at all.

What stood out most was how these young entrepreneurs responded. They understood. They adapted. They pivoted. And that’s a lesson you can’t always teach in a classroom.

Today marks our last official day of CEO, and what a journey it has been. This group has grown, developed, taken risks, and stepped into spaces they once thought were beyond them. They’ve learned that success isn’t just about execution—it’s about resilience.
