Our Jackson CEO students had an incredible business visit with Ken Stoner first facilitator of Jackson CEO, current board member, and Director of Incubator Operations & Workforce Initiatives at the Gower Translational Research Center!
Located in a 55,000-square-foot facility, the Center is dedicated to advancing life sciences research and fostering innovation across our region. What once served as the McLafferty building originally constructed to house library materials and staff during the Morris Library renovation has now been transformed into a dynamic hub that supports research, entrepreneurship, and business development.
Beyond the tour, Mr. Stoner poured into our students by sharing valuable wisdom, practical insights, and key tips as they prepare for their upcoming trade show. His guidance challenged them to think critically, present confidently, and maximize every opportunity ahead.
