Today was a great Team Day filled with reflection and learning.

We gleaned some wisdom from Craig Lindvahl’s book Things You Wish You Knew Yesterday, especially the reminder that everything day has value. Some lessons may not make sense in the moment, but later in life they connect in powerful ways. That’s just how life works. Experiences we sometimes label as a “waste of time” can turn out to hold the greatest value later on, shaping us in ways we couldn’t see at the time.
