We’re grateful for the leadership of our amazing Board Chair, Brian Croft, who led our students through a powerful team-building experience based on the Tuckman’s stages of group development developed by Bruce Tuckman.
Students were divided into groups and each team was assigned one of the five stages:
🔹 Forming
🔹 Storming
🔹 Norming
🔹 Performing
🔹 Adjourning
Each group presented their concept and connected it directly to their real-life experiences in the classroom business. The conversation was honest, insightful, and reflective — proving that entrepreneurship isn’t just about ideas, but about learning how to grow and work together effectively as a team.
Great insight. Meaningful dialogue. Practical application.
Thank you, Brian, for helping our young leaders understand that every strong business is built on strong team development.
