This morning our Jackson CEO students had the awesome opportunity to visit River Radio in Carterville with Byron Hetzler, Event Coordinator for the station. Byron gave us an informative behind-the-scenes look at his role, walked us through the many positions that make a radio station run smoothly, and guided us on a full tour of the facility.

We even had a surprise moment! Our Board Chair, Brian Croft, happened to be scheduled to go on the air while we were there. He shared a bit about our class business, giving the students a real-time example of communication and leadership in action.

A huge thank you to Byron, Kent, Clark and the team at River Radio for the warm welcome and the last-minute shout-out! Experiences like this continue to shape our students into confident, creative young entrepreneurs.
