Founded over 40 years ago by Lorenzo Cristaudo, the legacy now continues through his daughter Rachel and partners Nick and Leah. Together, they’ve carried on the mission of creating a welcoming space where food, art, and community come together in historic downtown Carbondale.
From the bakery and café to their catering services and creative business partnerships, Cristaudo’s exemplifies the power of diversifying income streams while staying true to their roots.
