🪄 What an amazing day in CEO!

We had the privilege of learning from Chris Egelston, Community Engagement Leader (and resident magician!) with the Midland Institute for Entrepreneurship. ♥️♠️🎩

With a deck of cards and a little magic, Chris showed our students that just like every DISC profile, each card has its own unique value depending on the game. He reminded us that our individual styles matter most when we bring them together as a team—especially as we step into class business time. 🔴🟡🔵🟢

It was a fantastic (and a little bit magical) way to see DISC insights come to life for our young entrepreneurs!
