A huge thank you to the Air Force ROTC at Southern Illinois University Carbondale for providing exceptional advice on the importance of planning, leading, and communicating on a team. The AFROTC explained how being a dynamic follower will help your team combined with why an assertive, but not aggressive leader is beneficial. Further, students learned that leaders aren't perfect, but they are all about helping their team succeed to reach the end goal. Thanks for your time and the fantastic engagement that you provided this morning! -jj
